This Privacy Policy states how Smarticle AB collectshandles and processes your data when you access our site, install, or use FreyaVPN and FreyaPhone (“Services”, “Products”). Please read it carefully.

By visiting our websites, by submitting your personal data to us, and by accessing, installing and/or using our Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us, therefore we are committed TO NOT process any data related to the online activity of our users. No data storage or reporting is required by Swedish law therefore, we do not collect IP addresses, browsing history, session information, used bandwidth, connection time stamps, network traffic and other similar data.

We processes user data to a limited scope – for provision of the Services, processing payments for the Services, as well as the functioning of our websites and mobile applications. We process the following basic information:
